I earned my Master’s in Industrial & Organizational Psychology, a field which allows me to creatively access my academic background in psych combined with my professional experience improving processes and creating efficiencies on my teams using a data-driven approach.
Understanding people and improving processes are my passions. Outside of work, I have a love of documentaries, the Boston Celtics, and 90s grunge.
